I am very much enjoying the book.
Because of my busy schedule with work, school, family, and friends, I bought the audio book so I can save some time. I'm very glad that I did, but I do have to mention that the audio book may not be suitable for everyone. Eckhart Tolle has a very quiet and almost monotone voice as he reads his book. This may put many people to sleep. So far, I have been able to hang in there because the words that he speaks are so beautiful and so right on with what I believe.
The book focuses on what 'today' brings rather than tomorrow or yesterday. I've personally been working on focusing on what today brings. It's been really good and I think as I practice everyday, the better it will get. Thinking about yesterday no longer serves a purpose. Let go of what happened in the past. Tomorrow hasn't come yet, so therefore, there is nothing to worry about. Today is what is important because tomorrow may never even come.
Celebrate today. Celebrate life. Celebrate the moment.
"When you make the effort to pay attention to the sights, sounds, smells, and sensations around you, you're encouraging yourself to live in the present moment."
