Who's in Control?




Stop.

Listen.

Breathe.

Enjoy.


Remember to stop and listen to what surrounds you. Quiet your mind. Take a moment to realize you're not alone. You are loved. You are cared for. Energy surrounds us everyday.

You are in control of what the day ahead brings. Try your best to find joy in everything you do. Find the time to stop and listen. Don't forget to breathe. Change your feelings when things go bad. I personally, have moments when I think I'm way too busy to do something. It's practice and determination.


You can't control others, even at times when you wish you could. You can only control YOU. Never mind what others have or don't have. Find happiness, find joy.


Accept and let go. Don't hold a grudge. When someone hurts you, send them loving thoughts in return. Remember that the best teachers to give you life lessons are the people who hurt you.
